In addition to its practical benefits, plowing soil with a plow has a rich history and tradition. One example is the exceptional single-furrow reversible plow, which has been in use since 1973 and continues to perform its task excellently to this day.
The single-furrow reversible plow is an engineering marvel, consisting of two moldboards that work together to turn the soil while burying weeds and previous crops. It is fascinating to observe the alternating operation of the two moldboards, with one working while the other is lifted off the ground.
Additionally, the plow allows for one-way soil inversion, simplifying soil and crop management. When it’s time to change direction, the plow can be easily rotated by 180°.
